If you prefer, you may obtain renters insurance through the licensed insurance carrier of your choice. Simply provide proof of coverage that meets the minimum requirements outlined below prior to move-in and maintain continuous coverage throughout your residency.

Minimum Insurance Requirements

All renters insurance policies must:

Provide a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage for the resident's legal liability for damage to the Lessor's property resulting from fire, smoke, explosion, and water damage caused by the backup or overflow of a sewer, drain, or sump.
Remain in effect for the entire term of the lease.

Be submitted prior to move-in if coverage is obtained through an insurance carrier other than FolioGuard™.
