All residents are required to maintain renters insurance throughout their tenancy. Residents may enroll through FolioGuard™ in the AppFolio Resident Portal or obtain coverage through the licensed insurance carrier of their choice.
Minimum Coverage Requirements

Maintain renters insurance for the entire lease term.
Provide a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage for damage to the Lessor's property resulting from fire, smoke, explosion, and water damage caused by the backup or overflow of a sewer, drain, or sump.
If using a carrier other than FolioGuard™, provide proof of coverage prior to move-in and maintain continuous coverage throughout your residency.
